Delivery Customization

Customize shipping rates and delivery methods to show exactly what you want based on cart total, weight, or customer tags.

Configuration Steps

Step 1: Create Customization

  • Open the SmartFlow Checkout app in your Shopify Admin.
  • Click on the Delivery Customization tab.
  • Click on Create Customization to start building your rules.

Step 2: Configure Basic Details

  • Enter a clear Name for your delivery customization.
  • Set the Status to Active or Draft.
  • Optionally, click the calendar icon to schedule start and end times for automatic activation.

Step 3: Add Conditions (When to Apply)

  • Click + Add condition to create rules for when the customization should apply.
  • We have over 25+ advanced conditions available (Customer, Cart, Time, Products, etc.) so you have full flexibility to build exactly what you need.
  • Choose between All Conditions (AND) or Any Conditions (OR) to define how conditions are combined.

Step 4: Add Delivery Methods

  • Click on the dropdown menu to easily select the exact delivery method you want to customize.
  • Click Add Delivery Method to include it in your customization list.

Step 5: Customize Delivery Methods

  • To hide: Toggle the Hide switch next to the delivery method.
  • To rename: Enter a new name in the Rename input field. Leave it blank to keep the original name.
  • To reorder: Drag and drop the delivery methods into the desired sequence.

Step 6: Review & Save

  • Double-check your name, conditions, and delivery method setup.
  • Click Save to store your configuration.
  • Preview or test your checkout to confirm the delivery customization behaves as expected.

Step 7: Troubleshooting

  • Ensure your customization is Active and any schedule settings are within the correct time range.
  • Check that conditions are correctly set and triggered.
