Activity Logs
The Activity tab is your audit trail for all backend admin tasks executed by the AI. When you ask the AI in the main chat to execute a bulk action or run a scheduled batch job in the background, you can track its progress and view the full historical log right here.
Background Tasks You Can Schedule
Simply type any of these requests into the main Chat Interface, and the AI will configure the job to run in the background. The logs will appear on this page.
Send me a daily summary email of all refunds
Tag all orders above $500 as 'VIP'
Delete all empty collections every Sunday
Check SKU inventory every 4 hours and alert me if low
Cancel and refund any unfulfilled orders older than 30 days
Export yesterday's sales to CSV and email my accountant daily
Auto-archive products that have been out of stock for 90 days
Send me a weekly report of the top 5 most searched store terms
Activity Tab (Admin Tasks)
Shows logs for all background data processing and store management tasks (like tagging orders or generating daily CSV exports).
Automations (Frontend Logs)
Customer-facing events (like a user placing a preorder, or a back-in-stock email being sent) do not clutter this tab. They are tracked directly inside the Automations tab.
