Is it safe to give the AI access to my Shopify store?
Yes, absolutely. Celirox connects to your store using official Shopify Custom App API Keys. You control exactly what permissions (scopes) the AI has. We never ask for or store your actual Shopify admin login password.
Can the AI access my customers' credit card information?
No. Shopify handles all payment processing securely on their end. Celirox Store Operator never has access to, nor can it see, any raw credit card numbers or sensitive financial data.
Will the AI hallucinate and break my store?
Celirox isn't a generic chatbot; it operates on strict, heavily-tested guardrails. It can only execute tasks using predefined Shopify API rules. Furthermore, any action that actually changes your live storefront must be explicitly approved by you before it goes live.
Will the AI accidentally break my theme code?
No. Celirox Store Operator is 100% no-code. We use Shopify's official 'App Embed' blocks. The AI injects features (like popups and banners) safely over your theme, without ever modifying your core liquid code. If you turn the app embed off, everything reverts instantly.
Can the AI execute tasks or change prices without my permission?
No. While the AI can monitor data 24/7, any action that modifies your store (like changing a price, launching a discount, or sending a mass email) requires your explicit approval. The AI will suggest the change in the chat, and you simply click 'Approve' to authorize it.
Do I need to know how to code to use Celirox?
Not at all. If you know how to text a friend, you know how to use Celirox. You simply type what you want in plain English (e.g., 'Add a 10% discount popup'), and the AI builds it for you instantly.
How does the 7-day automated A/B testing work?
The AI monitors your store traffic for a week to identify bottlenecks (like high cart abandonment). It will then suggest a fix (like an exit-intent popup). If you approve, it pushes the popup live to your visitors, runs a 7-day A/B test, and reports the exact revenue increase back to you.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
Because we use Shopify App Embeds instead of hardcoding scripts into your theme, uninstalling Celirox leaves absolutely zero leftover code. Your store remains perfectly clean and exactly as it was before.
