Automating financial or customer data requires absolute trust. That's why the Celirox AI Operator is built with an Approval-First engine. When the AI finds mismatched data, it prepares a solution (auto-healing) but waits for your green light before taking action.
How Auto-Healing Works
1. The AI spots Mismatched Data
The AI notices that a customer paid $5,000 via a Wire Transfer (recorded in your bank), but their invoice in Stripe is still marked as "Unpaid". This violates your business rules.
2. Auto-Healing Proposal
Instead of just sending you an error alert, the AI consults the Knowledge Base, figures out the correct procedure, and prepares the exact API requests to mark the Stripe invoice as paid and log the wire transfer ID.
3. Human Approval & Execution
The AI sends you a simple summary (via the dashboard or Slack). You click "Approve", and the AI instantly executes the fix.
Graduating to Full Automation
Human approval is a training wheel. As you see the AI correctly propose fixes for the same mismatched data week after week, you can edit the Rule to "Auto-Approve". The AI will then silently fix those specific issues in the background, keeping your business perfectly synced.
